The East Area Plan will guide future growth and development. Our district includes both a community corridor (Colfax) and a community center (Mayfair Town Center), meaning that it will be a mixed-use area that serves the daily needs of adjacent and area neighborhoods. This could include new multifamily homes, offices, retail stores and services. More on this project here.
